Overview

The CRE pump is a CR pump, motor and integrated variable frequency drive. The CRE pump is a system which is able to solve application problems and save energy.

The basic CR pump range, which can be applied in almost any industrial solution, is already in itself the broadest range available. Through our modular approach, we have made it even broader.

The basic CR pump range is available in four different materials: cast iron, two grades of stainless steel, and all-titanium. There are eleven flow sizes, capable of producing up to almost 725 psi pressure, and with a variety of shaft seals, rubber materials and supply voltages.

Pump parts which are typically vulnerable to difficult liquids or particularly demanding operating conditions can be optimized for their purpose and designed for specific requirements.

CR95-CR155 – Moving the Limits of What’s Possible

Meet the new, extended generation of Grundfos CR pumps – the more efficient, more robust addition to the world-class CR pump range. The new CR 95, CR 125 and CR 155, replacing the existing CR 90, CR 120 and CR 150, feature a new hydraulic design that improves everything from impeller and guide vanes to inlet, discharge port, sleeve and diffuser – giving you industry-leading energy efficiency and improving pump reliability. Once the new generation is fully released, it will include three additional extra-large flow size of up to 580 psi pump pressure with a maximum flow of 1,400 gpm at the best efficiency point.

The pumps are based on extensive research, development and testing of new hydraulic designs, and engineered using state-of-the-art production methods, including a fully automated and flexible production line.

Multipump Solutions

The CR range forms the backbone of the Grundfos plug-and-play Hydro MPC multi-pump systems. Currently, these performance-optimized systems are available in configurations with up to six CR pumps, allowing for flows of up to 5,400 gpm.

The expanded range of CRs can also be integrated into Grundfos Engineered Systems, which offer unique systems designed and engineered specifically to meet the needs of your project.
